The Sukh Shakti Story

Since I was a child I've been connected to crystals, energy and universal elements and loved getting a tarot reading.  I remember buying a small purple crystal and putting it under my pillow at night - no clue why.  Now I know that was Amethyst and it helps you sleep.  So I've always been intuitive with the tools that the universe hands to us. And now I know what they actually mean it's even better.

Like all of us I've dealt with my fair share of trauma, from generational trauma, attracting narcissists to abuse and found myself reliving the same cycles again and again. 14 years ago I knew enough was enough and I started my healing process.  Over the last few years I've transferred the skills I taught myself into helping others.
